- Sea salt(1/2 teaspoon)
4.Natural peanut butter( 1/4 cup)
5.Maple Syrup( 2 tablespoons)
- Cinnamon( 1/2 teaspoon)
- Blackstrap molasses( 1/2 teaspoon)
1.Take a small saucepan and add quinoa to the pan then mix the quinoa with water. Boil the quinoa and water mixture at a high temperature. After it reaches boiling point lower the heat and let simmer. Cover the mixture with lid and leave for a while. Allow this to be on a low heat setting until the remaining water has been absorbed by the quinoa. This should take 10-15 minutes.
