1.Quinoa( 3/4 cup, rinsed and drained)
- Sea salt(1/2 teaspoon)
4.Natural peanut butter( 1/4 cup)
5.Maple Syrup( 2 tablespoons)
- Cinnamon( 1/2 teaspoon)
- Blackstrap molasses( 1/2 teaspoon)
1.Take a small saucepan and add quinoa into the pan then mix quinoa with water. Boil the quinao and water mixture at high heat. After one boil lower down the haat and cover the mixture with lid and cook for some time. Allow it to be on low heat till the time water will be absorbed by the quinoa for 10-15 minutes.
- If quinoa will be ready let it be cool at room temperature for some time. Then add sea salt, maple syrup, cinnamon, blacstrap molasses, peanut butter into the cooked quinoa and shake and stir well. Then make the small ball of size 1 inch each of the mixture and place it on the plate or tray. Place the small balls of the mixture into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make them crispy. Keep stored at low temperture in the refrigerator. And then serve.
